お部屋についでですが、専用のバスルームを使って頂けます。シェアではありません。
クイーンサイズベッド、テーブル、椅子があるので、お荷物のみで入居できます。
マンションについては、
タウンホール駅からとても近く、トラムもメトロもアクセスしやすいです。
Coles, Woolworths, お店やレストランが歩いて行ける距離にあるのでとても便利です。
入口はオートロック式で、エレベーターは各階の住人しか停まらないようになってます。
ロビーにはコンシェルジュが常駐しており、とても安全です。
また、入居者用の室内プール、サウナ、ジムがついており、無料で利用できます。
申し訳ありませんが、
飲酒、喫煙、パーティーは禁止させて頂きます。
もし、静かで集中できる部屋を探してる学生さん、オフィスワーカーさんがいらっしゃいましたら大歓迎です。
レントはビル込みで週$500の募集ですが、
もし6ヶ月以上契約できるのであれば、週$480にします。

Queen size bed, table, chair available in the room, you only move in with
your luggage.
The apartment is close to Town Hall station with easy access to tram and metro.
Walking distance to Coles, Woolworths, shops and restaurants. Security intercom system,
concierge services, and secure building entry. The building has indoor swimming poor,
sauna and gym, clean and tidy.
No drinking and smoking, no party animal. Welcome students and office workers if you
are looking for a quiet place to stay. $500 per week including bills, $480 if you sign in a
6 months contract (condition apply).
