Overview
We are seeking a dedicated individual with strong leadership skills to join our team as a Supervisor/Manager. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day operations, manage team members, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and lead front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth daily service
Oversee opening/closing procedures and maintain store standards
Manage inventory and stock levels
Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues
Train, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve performance goals
Collaborate with management to implement and maintain operational policies
Requirements
Previous experience in a supervisory or management role (hospitality experience is a plus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to handle a fast-paced environment and solve problems quickly
High level of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail
Flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays
