My partner and me are looking for a room tenant, if you’re interested.please see the following details.

Available rooms starting 1st of March
Our lovely share mate is leaving Melbourne soon…
Now we’re looking for new tenant.

Private furnished room (own room)
Short term( less that 2months) $250 per a week

Long term (more than 2months) $230per a week

Including bills

Large kitchen with refrigerator and storage space
We have a lovely dog. I’m happy to have someone who likes dog and animals.
People with a car can park on the street.
Nearby bus stop, restaurants ,supermarket and Asian grocery stores.

閑静な住宅地エリアにある一軒家のお家です。

今オウンルームにいる女性の方が2月末帰国してしまうので、新たに入居希望の方を募集しております。

入居可能日は、3月1日から
短期希望(2ヶ月未満)の方$250ビル込み
長期希望(2ヶ月以上)の方$220ビル込み

注意点:

犬がいるのでアレルギーがない方。
厳しいハウスルールなどは特にないです。最低限の整理整頓、お掃除、コミュニケーションができる方であれば大歓迎です。(英語、日本語)
シティではないサバーブになりますが、シティとは違う少しゆっくりした時間で勉強だったり、リラックスした日々が送れるかと思います。家にはコーヒーマシーンや料理器具などは揃っているので自炊もしていただきやすいかと思います。
