Key Responsibilities: Monday to Friday 7:45am – 15:00pm Assist in the setup of the coffee / drink section, ensuring equipment is installed, supplies are stocked, and the area is organized for efficient service Craft high-quality coffee and other beverages with precision and care, maintaining consistency in taste and presentation Provide exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests and attending to their needs promptly Train new staff members on coffee preparation techniques, customer service standards, and operational procedures Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during the initial stages of the business launch Assist with general tasks related to food preparation, cleanliness, and organization as needed Requirements: Previous experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on coffee preparation, customer service, and staff training over 1 year experience is required Enthusiasm for contributing to the setup and success of a new business Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills Ability to work between 7:45am – 15:00pm, Monday to Friday Proficiency in the Japanese language is a plus but not required Able to explain about the Japanese Glossary products is PLUS!
