The available room is a master room with a private bathroom and built-in wardrobe.

Comes with a double bed (for one person)  

*If two people move in, the bed can be changed to two single beds  

Parking:Plenty of street parking and visitor parking available!  

Rent:$350 per week for a private room (one person)  

$210 per person per week for two people sharing  

Conditions: 

2 weeks bond  

2 weeks rent in advance  

2 weeks notice period
