Sushi Maker Wanted – Hawthorn IGA Supermarket Sushi Bar. We’re hiring a sushi maker (starting 2–3 days during weekdays — more days available if desired) to join our sushi team inside the Hawthorn IGA Supermarket.
Hours: 7:00am – 3pm (Mon–Friday)
Location: 102 Burwood Road, Hawthorn
Pay Rates: Part-time: $25.50 + super + leave entitlements, Casual: $32.06 + super (Salary negotiable for experienced sushi chefs)
Requirements:
Good knowledge of sushi and rolling techniques
Ability to work quickly and accurately
Positive team attitude
Must be available to work Monday to Friday (within 2–3 days)
Availability during business hours with flexible shifts
Reliable and willing to learn
