We are a growing Japanese dessert and tea specialty store looking for passionate and reliable Part-Time Dessert Makers to join our team. If you love crafting high-quality desserts and working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, we’d love to meet you!

• Key Responsibilities:
  Prepare a variety of Japanese-style desserts, including matcha tiramisu, daifuku, cheesecakes, dorayaki, Japanese cookies, and other seasonal specialties
• Follow standardized recipes and presentation guidelines to ensure quality and consistency
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment in accordance with food safety standards
• Collaborate with the team to improve production efficiency and creativity
• Support restocking and basic inventory tasks

Requirements:
✔ A minimum of one year’s experience in baking or dessert preparation is required.
✔ A passion for Japanese desserts and culture
✔ Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
✔ Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy hours
✔ Must have legal work rights in Australia
✔ Basic communication skills in English are required.
✔Discipline and time management are essential.

💰What We Offer:

Introductory Level: $$24.28/hour
Level 1 – kitchen attendant grade 1 1: $24.95/hour
Level 2 – food and beverage attendant grade 2: $25.85/hour

* Rates based on the Restaurant Industry Award [MA000119], with applicable weekend penalty rates

Level 1 Saturday：$31.19/hour Sunday:$37.43/hour
Level 2 Saturday：$32.31/hour Sunday:$38.78/hour

Level 2 : $58.16/hour
