Two furnished spare rooms available – you’re welcome to use both!

Room 1: Queen bed, large wardrobe, shelving, fan, and ducted air-conditioning.
Room 2: Sofa bed, desk, table, wardrobe, shelving, fan, ducted air-conditioning, two TVs, and Fire Stick for streaming.
Private bathroom, balcony, and a dedicated study area with desk – great for working or studying from home.
Shared spaces include:

Fully equipped kitchen
Spacious main lounge
Outdoor area with BBQ and dining table
Laundry in the garage
Additional guest bathroom
The townhouse is in a secure complex with plenty of parking. It’s a 10-minute walk to shops and bars, close to bus stops and train stations, and just a short trip to the entertainment centre – ideal if you enjoy concerts or live shows.

Please note: I have a fluffy cat, so unfortunately, no additional pets allowed.
