We are a well-established hair salon located in the heart of Southport, Gold Coast, with over 12 years of successful business and a loyal customer base. Our clientele consists of approximately 60% Asian and 40% Western backgrounds, and we are highly rated for our excellence in haircuts, perming, and coloring.

* Qualifications & Experience
-Minimum 3 years of experience as a qualified hairdresser
-Strong skills in both male and female haircuts
-Proficient in perming and coloring across various hair types
-Excellent time management and customer service skills
-Warm, friendly personality and professional presentation
-Must have unrestricted working rights in Australia

* Key Responsibilities
-Deliver high-quality haircuts for both men and women
-Confidently handle all hair types and conditions
-Perform perming and coloring using a range of products
-Manage appointments and greet customers
-Ensure a clean and welcoming salon environment

* Working Conditions
– Flexible working arrangements: Casual, Part-Time, or Independent Contractor
– Trading hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (negotiable)
– Pay rate: As per the Fair Work Australia Hairdresser Award, including superannuation and workers’ compensation.
