west endにあるシェアハウスのハウスメイトを募集します。

ハウスメイトは日本人とフランス人です。どちらも20代半ばで平日は仕事をしています。

3-bed townhouse in West End, we’re looking for someone to join the lease starting on June 29. (It’s also possible to transfer the lease to someone else partway through.)

If you move in, you’ll be living with me and Laurent. We are both mid-20s and working.

On weekdays, I’m out working from about 7:00 AM to around 5:00 PM, and on weekends I either go surfing at the beach with friends or stay home to study.

The downstairs area is mostly furnished, but the room you’d be getting needs some furniture. Would love to hear from you! 🙌

The apartment was constructed 2022 so the place is essentially brand new.

Great location in the middle of West End. Bus stop 100m away.
It is also close to Woolworths and Coles (5min walk).
The area has nice pubs, bars, and restaurants. Most of the neighbours are families, so it is very quiet at night.

***Inspection***
– Inspection is scheduled from June 2 to around June 13.
– I’m available all day on Tuesday, but on other days I can do inspections after 6:00 PM.
