Located in Melbourne CBD, KatsuHon, a specialty Japanese katsu restaurant, is looking for experienced lunch and dinner Front of House (FOH) staff to join our team.

As most of our staff and customers are international, Upper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency is essential.
We’re looking for bright, outgoing individuals who can work with us for at least 3 months.

🍱 Positions & Working Hours:
1. FOH Staff (Front of House)
Preference given to applicants available for both lunch & dinner shifts, 4–5 days a week.

Lunch Shift: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Dinner Shift: 5:30 PM – 10:00 PM
Hourly Rates:

Weekdays: $24.10
Saturdays: $30.13
Sundays: $36.15
💰 Superannuation and paid leave included.
💡 After 5-day training, pay may be adjusted based on experience.
All wages follow Australian government guidelines including penalty rates for weekends and public holidays.

This is a very busy restaurant — smiley and fast-paced workers preferred!
