we have 4 showers and 4toilets. You will only share shower toilet with one other person.
Room Come with Queen bed ,desk and chair. Available from 20th July Minimum 3 months stay (prefer longer term share mate) Rent $190/week bills $5/week No air con or heater but Ceiling fan installed. Using own heater or air con will be extra bill. Free unlimited wifi. Prefer none smoker as we don’t smoke.
Only street parking available. Sharing with Phillipines,Japanese,Colombian, Burmese and Indian. We are all work and or study.
