Key Responsibilities:
Provide front-line support for students and guests via email, phone, and in-person interactions
Coordinate check-ins, check-outs, and orientation procedures for new arrivals
Manage and update guest booking information and records
Communicate professionally with education agents and partner schools
Report and follow up on maintenance issues with the operations team
Assist with planning and executing community events and engagement activities
Maintain accurate records and contribute to weekly operational reports
Offer culturally sensitive support, especially to Japanese-speaking students and guests
