レントは$320/週(シングル)、$450/週(カップル)で光熱費、Wi-Fi、Netflix、ガーデンメンテナンスが含まれています。ベッドルームはクイーンベッド、テレビ、クローゼットが備えられています。
ボンドは4週間分のレントです。

Room to rent in Suffolk park, Byron Bay.
Large, quiet house which is fully furnished. House has back yard which backs onto bush land. Large living space with a fire place. Bus stop (bus every hour going to Byron), shops, beach close by.
We want someone who is like minded, clean, quiet and respectful. Non smokers, no pets.
Rent is $320 (single) $450 couple per week including bills, wifi, Netflix and garden maintenance. Bedroom includes TV (with Netflix), queen bed, and wardrobe.
Bond of 4 weeks rent required.
