  $280 per week 2 weeks pay advance / 2 weeks Bond /2 weeks notice includes electricity, water, high speed NBN internet, and gas SPECIALLY free toilet paper , handsoap, dishsoap, washing machine powder and softner EVEN rice as well  

Kitchen –  refrigerator gas stove, oven, pressure rice cooker, microwave, air fryer and dishwasher

  House owner is Korean professionals couple and a Japanese girl( Uni student) with 1 cavoodle dog without kids .  Share mate need to do dog friendly person and love pet but not allowed to have own pet
