I’m currently looking for female(or 2 female friends) tenant.This is short term rent which can stay 2~3months.
You can move in anytime from 23th of AUG. The rent is $400/week plus bills included.(For 2 female $550)
The address is 8 dorcas st. Southbank. Very close to city(5min by tram), yarra river also south melbourne market.
