I am looking for a single or couple roommate to stay at brand new unit house from 5 Sep It’s a big clean and modern house with 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2 garages, and 2 balconies townhouse. The room features queen bed, desk and chair, celling fan and built in closet. The house is located near Nerang and Queen street tram stations, only takes 10 mins by walk. It’s only takes 10 mins by walk to the Queens street Mall (including Korean Hanaro mart, gym, cafe& restaurants, Movie theater, coin laundry, bottle shop, and pharmacy). One station to Southport and to Griffith University. It’s really good for students who don’t have a car as well. The house is really clean and quiet. All the sharemates are super nice and respect each other.
