The position available:
Full-time Chef – Annual salary$75,000 + Super + Tips
The roles and responsibilities are:
day to day running of the kitchen
prepping and cooking
assistance in menu design using seasonal produce on a regular basis
To be considered for these exciting positions, you must possess the following:
Have good knowledge of Japanese cuisine
Have Sushi and Sashimi experience
Must have restaurant experience (fine dining experience is preferred)
Must have a Valid full time working visa (residency or Australian citizen is preferred)
Must speak good English (Japanese speaking is preferred)
Commitment to high quality and be consistent
Have desire to learn and continuous skill development
Reliable and hardworking
Creative and passionate about food
Share your skill and experience with other team members
