The unit is conveniently located, with Hanaro Mart just a 3-minute drive or a 15-minute walk away at Queen Street Mall. Additionally, Queen Street Tram Station is within a 10-minute walking distance.
You’ll have the convenience of using one refrigerator per two individuals, ensuring a comfortable living arrangement.
The rent is $300 / $250 per week, including electricity and water bills. I provide Wi-Fi, tissues, kitchen detergent, laundry detergent, and kitchen towels.
Parking is available, and move-in is possible for ensuite room now and second room on 3rd Dec
