The Pancake Parlour Melbourne is looking for Restaurant Supervisors in a number of our stores.
We looking for people with Permanent Residence or Student visa’s expiring after Jan 2025.
Skillsets we are looking for:
•A natural people person with a flair for customer service
•You are big believer in putting the customer at the heart of everything you do
•You encourage a positive and fun team culture
•Enjoy being a team leader
•Have experience working in hospitality (previous supervisory experience advantageous)
•Aren’t afraid to get on the tools and get your hands dirty
•Some kitchen experience is a bonus.
•Have strong grasp of English.
The Supervisor’s main focus is:
•Ensuring that all customers receive excellent service.
•They also have accountability for the following statistics on their shifts:
•Cost of wages
•Average spend per customer
•Total gross profit
•Number of up-sells and second orders
•Managing floor, drinks and kitchen team members.
