HOUSE OF THE WHITE OWL

This is a beautiful private Estate in Parkerville, (Perth Hills, WA). It is an architecturally designed home with total privacy. If you are looking for a peaceful, tranquil place to live within close proximity to all services, and transport, then please contact us for an appointment to view.

We have 3 rooms coming up for Lodgers in December. We would like to rent to Japanese people. The reason for Japanese people is that we are both studying Japanese and would like to converse in Japanese as well as assist with English, if required. 

We are taking appointments to view our beautiful house from Monday 1st December 2025 onwards. Please contact us as soon as possible as these rooms go quickly.

House of the White Owl will be available for you to move in on 03/01/2025. However, if you require accommodation sooner, please let us know and we will see if we can assist you.

Rent is paid 2 weeks in advance. Bond is 4 weeks n advance. When you view the house you will be giving an Application to Rent Form. If you decide you would like to rent a room, you will need to complete this form and submit it to us either on the day or via email. If you are successful you will be then be given a Lodgers Agreement to complete and will be required to pay the rent and bond when you submit the Agreement to us.
