HOUSE OF THE WHITE OWL

This is a beautiful private Estate in Parkerville, (Perth Hills, WA). It is an architecturally designed home with total privacy. If you are looking for a peaceful, tranquil Australian bush setting, within close proximity to all services, and transport, then please contact us for an appointment to view.

We have 2 rooms available at the moment. We would like to rent to Japanese people. The reason for Japanese people is that we are both studying Japanese and would like to converse in Japanese as well as assist with English, if required. 

We are now taking appointments to view our beautiful house.

Own Room – Queen “Hinoki”; Double or “Momo no Ki”.  All rooms have:-

We are happy to talk with you and make an appointment to view this private retreat.

House of the White Owl is available for you to move in now.  

Rent is paid 2 weeks in advance. Bond is 4 weeks in advance. When you view the house you will be giving an Application to Rent Form. If you decide you would like to rent a room, you will need to complete this form and submit it to us either on the day or via email.  If you are successful. you will be then be given a Lodgers Agreement to complete and will be required to pay the rent and bond when you submit the Agreement to us.
