NOW HIRING – Sushi Takeaway Staff (QUT Kelvin Grove Campus)

 

Hello,

We are a sushi takeaway store operating on the QUT Kelvin Grove campus and are currently seeking staff for the positions below.

 

1) Roll Maker (Multiple positions available)

Pay rate: $26.55 per hour (minimum legal wage)

 

Key duties:

– Ingredient preparation

– Sauce preparation

– Sushi roll making

– Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards

 

Requirements:

– Both entry-level and experienced applicants are welcome

– Working Holiday visa holders, student visa holders, and others are welcome to apply

 

Hours:

– 8:00am – 1:30pm (30-minute break)

Days:

– Monday to Friday (5 days per week; days negotiable)

 

2) Hot Food Staff (Multiple positions available)

Pay rate: $26.55 per hour (minimum legal wage)

 

Key duties:

– Ingredient preparation

– Sauce preparation

– Cooking (stove)

– Dishwashing

– Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards

 

Requirements:

– Both entry-level and experienced applicants are welcome

– Working Holiday visa holders and student visa holders are welcome to apply

 

Hours:

– 7:00am – 4:00pm (30-minute break; schedule negotiable)

 

Days:

– Monday to Friday (5 days per week)

 

Additional information:

– As our store is located within the university, we do not operate on weekends.

– Work schedules may vary during university holiday periods.

– Early finish times may suit applicants seeking free afternoons or additional work elsewhere.
