Hello, My name is Rae. I am a male, Korean who graduated from a university in Brisbane. (I speak English and Korean, but not Japanese. Please forgive me that I had to write this advertisement in English).

I am looking for one person or two people who want to take a room in a unit I am renting.

The room is ideal for a couple or one person. You are going to live with me, which means there’s going to be only 2-3 people in the unit.

Street parking’s easy. Strictly no smoking nor pets. Vaping’s okay.

I want this unit to be a place where you can feel comfortable to live in. I will try to respect you as an individual/housemate, and I have an expectation for you to respect the space you live in. (Doing dishes after a meal, cleaning after use, and not making noises)

I want to assure you that the place has a spacious living room and a bathroom. The room isn’t huge but big enough for 2 people to live in, I’d say.

The price for 1 Person is $300, and for  $350 for 2 People per week, including a Queen size bed, study table, a chair, and kitchen appliances to share. Also, internet, water, and electricity (A ceiling fan, and A/C available, however, please not to use when it is below 32 degrees).

You’ll have to prepare your own bed sheets. – This is more hygienic.

I would ask you for the bond that is equivalent to the 2 weeks of rent once we both agreed for the movement. Then, I will hand you the keys upon transaction.

A bit more about me, I have finished my working holiday for 2 years and studied my Bachelor’s degree for 3.5 years in Australia. So I can give you some tips if you were a working holiday maker or preparing to go to a university in Australia.
