We are looking for a female housemate to stay in Docklands (8 MacCrae St). The property will have a total of 3 residents. Move-in is available from April 22nd.

There is a double room shared by two women. One male tenant lives separately in his own private room.

Inspections are available at any time.
We welcome people who respect each other’s privacy.

Room details:
Second room: $245 per week (all bills included)
Special offer: $230 per week for the first month

All bills included
2 weeks rent in advance
2 weeks bond (deposit)
2 weeks notice required
Minimum stay: 2 months

We are looking for:
Polite and tidy person
Non-smoker
No party house (no outside guests staying overnight) 

Facilities provided:
Personal key
Dishwashing liquid, scrubber, cloths, garbage bags, and personal bin
Air fryer, coffee machine, rice cooker
Washing machine and dryer
Swimming pool and BBQ facilities
