I’m offering a single, furnished, private room for a female student or someone on working holiday.

Share a bathroom/kitchen/living room with just me and my sweet little cat, Sakura.

The unit is about 5 minute walk from the 70 and 75 tram route, and it takes about 25 minutes to get into the city. Auburn station is a 15 minute stroll, and I’m right on the 624 bus route.

I value a quiet, calm environment with minimal surprises. I like to cook, read, and do photography, and I like to chill with my cat. I would like to share meals and watch movies sometimes, but mostly I will give you your privacy!

If you’d like a gentle environment with a neat little room, a good study space, a flatmate who mostly keeps to herself, and a cat to cuddle, this might be the place for you! It’s an older type of unit, a bit shabby, but clean and neat and it feels like home.

I have hosted people from all over the world, but most of my guests have been from Japan, either students or on working holiday. I embrace the philosophy of omotenashi. I can provide references from previous housemates.

$300/week, inclusive of Internet, bills and basic household supplies (meals not included).
