Beautiful QLD style house with Balinese garden. A furnished room for FEMALE STUDENT is available from 27 March 2023. This room is ideal for a student who is going to be studying at a language school. Included in the rent are the utility bills, unlimited internet, and three meals daily.

I was a chef, so you will be spoilt with meals at my house. We have a variety of meals everyday. My first homestay started 17 years ago and since then I have looked after over a hundred students from multiple countries and that continues today. My house is located in the upmarket suburb of Woolloongabba and is a short walk to everything with a supermarket and cafes just around the corner.  My house also has great access to the city by bus (Bus 174, 175, 200, 204) and on to the universities. If you prefer to journey by train, Buranda station is just within a short walk. The direct bus to St.Lucia UQ from Buranda busway is just 5 min walk. Woolloongabba is a safe and quiet suburb.

Currently I have a female homestay student staying for the past year. So, I’m looking for a female student only between the ages of 18 and 36 years old. If you are a cat person, I also have lovely friendly cats.

私はシェフだったので、私の家の生徒さんは美味しい料理を食べて満足しています。毎日色々な種類の食事を提供しています。１７年前にホームステイを始めて、今まで多国籍な生徒さんを１００人以上お世話してきました。私の家はWoolloongabbaというとても良い立地にあり、徒歩でスーパーやカフェに行くことができます。シティや大学へバスでのアクセスが便利です（バス１７４、１７５、２００、２０４）。Buranda Stationも徒歩ですぐなので電車で出かけることもできます。クイーンズランド大学へは徒歩５分のところにあるBuranda Buswayからバスで行くことができます。Woolloongabbaは安全で静かな地域です。

現在、女性の生徒さんが私の家でホームステイをしています。そこで、私は１８歳から３６歳の女性のホームステイを希望している生徒さんを探しています。うちにはフレンドリーな猫が２匹いるので、猫好きな方大歓迎です。
