Sushi Train Australia is seeking an experienced Network and Systems Engineer. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for strategic planning, developing, deploying, testing, and optimising networks. The work of network engineers revolves around our employers’ and franchisees’ computer network designs and DES implementations, additionally, the Network Systems Engineer is tasked with providing expert troubleshooting and fault-finding services to address network-related issues. We expect you to have good communication skills with internal staff members as well as external network system companies and franchise customers. You will generally work in our head office and will be paid a salary on a Full-time basis. Duties: – Investigate, analyse, assess, and oversee network infrastructure – Evaluate and suggest network enhancements – Utilise specialized skills to support and troubleshoot network issues and emergencies in a timely manner – Provide network programming to meet specific business needs and requirements – Create and maintain procedures and protocols for network inventory – Document the diagnosis and resolution of network faults, enhancements, and modifications – Monitor network traffic, activity, capacity, and usage – Ensure network equipment remains consistently patched to maintain environment security Skills & Experience: – Cert IV Information Technology or above – Indepth knowledge of various networking technologies – Relevant Microsoft servers and networking specialist certification – Storage and Backup Solutions experience – Wi-Fi installation and configuration experience – Excellent verbal and written communication skills and work well in a team environment – Bilingual (English and Japanese) is a bonus but not essential. – Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs Please send your CV to  recruit@sushitrain.com.au
