Hello, we are a married couple, an Australian husband and a Japanese wife, and we are seeking a female person who can start living in the second bedroom of our apartment (it is in a central location on George Street in Brisbane CBD next to the Queen Street Mall). We are quiet, full-time medical workers, non-drinkers, and non-smokers, and we are looking for someone who is clean and tidy and would fit in with our peaceful lifestyle.
We use the main bedroom, so the second bedroom is to yourself. You will have access to the main bathroom, consisting of a shower, toilet, sink, and cupboard, for your general use (except for occasional guests). Your bedroom is furnished with a bed and linens, carpet, curtains, window, generous-sized robe, floor-to-ceiling mirror, a study desk, bedside tables and bedside light. $499 p/w. No bond is required, and we seek someone for long-term residency (ideally 6 months or longer) – accommodation for female persons only.
The weekly rent includes day-to-day meals and all utility bills, and you will have high-speed broadband internet (so all your bills are included in your weekly rent). We cook high-quality, nutritious and delicious meals most days, and eating gourmet will undoubtedly be a highlight of your stay with us!
Our apartment is located on George Street in Brisbane CBD, just opposite the Brisbane Casino. This amazing location offers easy access to all the key areas of the CBD, including King George Square, Queens Street Mall, and the QUT Gardens Point campus. You’ll find a variety of shops, restaurants, and cafes in the area, and the Coles Brisbane Myer Express is just a few steps away. If you’re in the mood for a leisurely walk, Southbank is just a 10-minute stroll away.
