You won’t regret it! This is not a rental apartment for profit like many Koreans do, but rather a residential apartment.

It’s a spacious and comfortable 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment.

The living room is not shared, and there’s a clean new water purifier and a new Dyson vacuum cleaner available for shared use :)

We deliberately chose a location with a river view and nearby walking trails, prioritizing accessibility over the hustle and bustle of the city.

There’s a gym, rooftop outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, and two rooftop BBQ areas in the apartment building, as well as one BBQ area on the lobby floor, totaling three BBQ areas.

For a small cleaning fee, you can also book the apartment’s private movie theater and private dining room (additional charges apply) for a full day of enjoyment!

Complimentary self-service tea and coffee are provided in the lobby for residents, and there are plenty of spaces for studying or reading books.

We’ve heard that many people are struggling with housing issues. We genuinely want to create a ‘home’ environment where everyone can live comfortably and harmoniously.

If you have the consent and permission of your flatmates, you can also invite friends or hold small parties.

There are no restrictions on laundry usage; feel free to use it considerately!

The distance to the city and access to various bus stations are convenient, especially if you use the free ferry service.

For single occupancy:
Room price: (includes 1 parking space, electricity and water bills, high-speed unlimited internet, etc.): $410

For double occupancy:
$250 per person for each single bed (includes electricity and water bills, high-speed unlimited internet, etc.)

Since the number of residents is small, this is not for profit but for a comfortable living environment :)

No notice period for leaving, but we prefer long-term residents :)

Move-in is available from June 1st.
