A room is available for a LADY (age 21 and over) to share with   an Australian male, (62) years young and a 26 year old Japanese lady in COOLANGATTA.. We’re looking for a CLEAN & TIDY person to join our nice home PLEASE. It’s a 5 minute walk to the shopping centre, beaches & public transport. Cafes and restaurants are a short walk away. The unit is fully furnished with a kitchen with all utensiles. So, if you like cooking, this is for you . It’s available for 2-3 months, it can be a little longer if required. All bills included, and some groceries as well. I’m not looking for every night PARTY people, but someone who can be sociable and respect private time too., and who would like to share a meal or have a drink ocassionally is ok too. The price is only $215 for the room.) The room has limited storage space,. The room has a QUEEN size bed and bright & sunny in the morning. I’m learning to speak Japanese, So, it’s possible for us to learn from each other I can help improve your English level. I can send you photos via wats app or LINE. you can come for an inspection . You will have your own key to the unit and bathroom draws for your products.

The price is $215.00 per lady per week, if you want to share the bedroom with a friend ,which has 1 QUEEN size bed, the price will be $175.00 per week per lady  . I can arrange to email or wats app you or on LINE with photos of the unit and room or you’re welcome to come and do an inspection.
