Hiring at Holy Hock (Underwood): Korean Jokbal Restaurant
We are looking for team members to join our restaurant specializing in Jokbal (Korean braised Pork hock). Positions available in front of house (Hall) and kitchen.
Hall (Front of House)
Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday or Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
Hours: 3:30 PM – 9:30 PM (some flexibility available)
Must be able to communicate in English.
Kitchen
Chef
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Chef.
Must have a good understanding of Korean cuisine.
Flexible schedule (Monday to Sunday; negotiable).
Hours can be adjusted slightly if needed
Cook (Kitchen Assistant)
Basic cooking and knife skills required.
Flexible schedule (Monday to Sunday; negotiable).
Hours can be adjusted slightly if needed.
Kitchen Hand (Closing Shift)
Dishwashing and simple ingredient prep.
Hours: 6:00 PM – close (start time and days negotiable).
Some flexibility available.
