One own large single room on the first floor at $175 per week will be available on 12/12/24. 3 km to the city, 5 minutes walks to Buranda train & bus stations or Stones Corners. You can get to UQ in a few minutes from Stones Corners Bus Station. The address of the shared house is Derelle Street Woolloongabba. Parking  is available on the street. Room rate includes electricity (except use of airconditioner and Heater), Unlimited high speed internet and water. Basic furniture eg single bed, study desk, chair and large built-in wardrobe are provided (tenants to provide their own bed sheet, blanket and pillow) Refrigerator, washing machine etc are provided for all to share.
