I am looking for a Japanese woman to rent a room. They will have their own room with single bed. 

You will share bathroom and toilet with home owner (female)

Your rent includes the following:
• Cost of water and utilities
• Internet
• Dishwashing Det
• Cleaning Det in general
• Toilet Paper
• Bath Towel and Bedding (these need to be washed once per wk by you)
• Bicycle rental (with key and helmet)

NB: Personal care – You will need to supply your own body wash soap, hair care items and all other care necessities)

The room comes with two single beds, a closet, study desk and chair.  The room opens out onto an outdoor area that is quiet and peaceful.

8mins walk to the nearest bus stop (Towards north to Broadbeach, Surfers Paradise and Southport or you can go south to Burleigh Heads, Palm Beach, Tugun or Coolangatta)

If you have a car you can park on the street outside the front of the house.

The rent is $300 per wk. Bond is $600 & notice period to vacate is 2 weeks.
