3. 要件：
a. 有効なビザを持ち、就労許可があること
b. 税番号（Tax File Number）を持ち、最低6ヶ月間働けること
c. 熱意があり、明るく、強いサービス意識を持っていること
4. 給与: 歩合制、平均週給が1100〜1500オーストラリアドルを突破しました、1日の平均収入は200〜300円です，給与は週払い（チップは全額本人の収入）。
5. 顧客層：店舗はショッピングモール内にあり、顧客の流れが多く安定しています。顧客層は地元の高所得者層の会社員が中心で、英語を学ぶのに良い環境です。
