Big house with 5 bedrooms available.

You will get your own bathroom and lots of space in the house. $300 to $320 per week depending on which room you choose. All bills included except A/C (air conditioner) if required. 

Looking for someone clean and quiet. Females preferred and non smokers only. 

House will be furnished and room will also be furnished with a bed and study desk. House is now available but need time to organise furnitures first.
