I am a female professional living in Lidcombe, 5 minutes from the station. The property has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and large back and front terraces. I live in the master bedroom and have a male friend in his 20s living in the other room. I am looking for someone to live with me in the second bedroom. The second bedroom has a double bed, chairs, table and lamps and has access to the outside terrace.

We are both full-time professionals looking for someone who shares our values.

The fees are as follows:

$350 per week (excluding utilities)

Utility bills are typically $10-15 per week.

Available for occupancy from February 11th.
