Looking for a female housemate for a room for rent in Hamilton.

About the area:
Very convenient location on Racecourse Road, short walking distance to everything you could need – ATMs, post office, doctors, dentists, Coles, bottle shops, hairdressers, chemists, racecourse, pubs and many restaurants. Portside and the Brisbane River just a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Bus 300 stops right in front of us, and takes you directly into the city (Adelaide St) in about 20 minutes. The ferry (Bretts Wharf) is about 5 minutes walk away and takes a little longer to get into the city, but gives you some more flexibility.

Your room has air conditioning, ceiling fan and a small balcony. It has a king single bed which is in excellent condition.

Shared bathroom (with one other Japanese woman, who is staying in the other bedroom), with a shower and bathtub. Living area has a large tv and sofas, and we have Netflix, Disney Plus and Amazon Prime available to use.

Kitchen has oven, stovetop, microwave and plenty of pans and utensils.

Owner and wife (also Japanese) live upstairs.

$280 a week, all costs included.
