近くにはサニーバンクヒルズショッピングタウン、キャラムベールセントラル、キャラムベールマーケットプレイス、グランドプラザがあります。 Coles、Woolworths、Hanaro、K-Fresh mart、K mart、Big W、マクドナルド、KFC、Hungry Jack’sなど、すべての便利な施設が近くにあり、車を持っている人も持っていない人も快適に生活できます。
冷蔵庫はシェアメイトごとに1つずつ用意されています。キッチンには浄水器、エアフライヤー、トースター、ケトル、食器洗い機などすべて揃っており、快適に使用できます。
入居は2部屋とも即入居可能で、すべてのビルを含めて週210ドル、2週間ボンド、2ヶ月ミニマム、2週間ノーティスをお願いします。
入居すると、合計4人（マスターカップルとシェアメイト2人）だけで生活します。私たちの部屋とシェアメイトの部屋はかなり離れているので、不便はないと思います。
私たち2人とも家でパーティーをしたり、何か大きな活動をするタイプではなく、2人とも遅い午後に退勤して帰ってくるので、仕事終わりに静かに休みたい方、静かに勉強したい学生の方に入居していただけると嬉しいです^^ㅎㅎ

We are looking for two female house mates in a house located in a quiet neighborhood of Calamvale.
Both rooms have queen-size beds and you will have your own toilet and bathroom.
It is a 2-minute and 10-minute walk to the bus stops (138, 140, 145, P141) to City, Sunnybank, and Garden City.
Nearby are Sunnybank Hills Shopping Town, Calamvale Central, Calamvale Marketplace, and Grand Plaza. All the convenient facilities such as Coles, Woolworths, Hanaro, K-Fresh mart, K mart, Big W, McDonald’s, KFC, Hungry Jack’s, etc. are located nearby, so both those with and without cars can live comfortably.
Each sharemate will have their own refrigerator. The kitchen is also fully equipped with a water purifier, air fryer, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, etc. for your convenience.
Both rooms are available for immediate move-in, and the rent is $210 per week including all bills, with a 2-week bond, 2-month minimum stay, and 2-week notice.
When you move in, you will live with only four people in total (a master couple and two sharemates). Our room and the sharemates’ rooms are far apart, so you will not feel uncomfortable.
Neither of us are the type to have parties or do anything big at home, and we both come home late in the afternoon after work, so if you want to rest quietly after work or students who want to study quietly, we would love to join you^^
