Hello, We are looking for roommates for a house in Biggera Waters.

Rent: $250/week

Bond: $250

*For couples, $400/week negotiable.

Shopping center: 3 minute walk

Beach: within 10 minutes walk

Utilities, internet, toilet paper, laundry detergent, and daily necessities are included.

If you have a car you can park on the street, but there is plenty of space in front of the house.

We are an Australian-Japanese couple living with two small dogs.

We value a quiet lifestyle, so we ask that people who come home late at night and smokers refrain from staying here.

My husband works from home so he often spends his time around the house. We grow tomatoes, chillies and herbs in the garden and have goldfish in a small pond.
