- Introductory Level: $23.46 per hour (Probationary Period）

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality Japanese tea beverages, including matcha and specialty drinks.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for every guest.
- Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards. Assist with restocking and organizing tea-related products.
- Work efficiently during peak hours in a fast-paced environment.
- Punctuality: Adhere to scheduled working hours, ensuring timely arrival and departure as a fundamental requirement.
- Effective Communication: Possess proficient English language skills to interact seamlessly with customers. Requirements:
- Passion for Japanese tea and culture (highly preferred).
- Previous experience in beverage preparation or café work is required (limited training provided).
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Legal right to work in Australia.
