Payroll assistant analyst
We are seeking for a payroll assistant analyst in the Brisbane or Gold Coast area, this role offers the flexibility to work from home 2-3 days per week, Monday to Friday with flexible working hours and immediate start!

Responsibilities
• End to end payroll processing
• Enter TBH new hires for Central officers and faculty
• Review all transactions processed by the Schools and departments for approvals, supporting documentation, completeness and accuracy for the Academic officers, officers of administrations, biweekly support staff and weekly staff
• Assist with the data entry, tracking and review of Ad Comp
• Assist with Service Now requests for stop payments, pay corrections & recovery
• Assist with month & year-end processing
• Dealing with payroll queries from employees
• Assist with copying, bursting, and electronic submission of payroll transactions
• Perform other duties or special projects as required or assigned
Requirements;
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and database (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• High level of discretion and confidentiality
• Strong interest in payroll transactions and supporting a busy office
