Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive, hands-on, and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to support andoversee daily warehouse operations. This role involves supervising warehouse activities,processing orders and invoices using software, coordinating delivery routes, and ensuring safetycompliance. The Warehouse Supervisor will work closely with the Branch Manager and head office,provide excellent service to customers on-site and via email, assist with training new staff, andmaintain smooth operations during the Branch Manager’s absence. The position also requiresflexibility to assist with deliveries when needed. Early morning starts required. Position available aspart-time or full-time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily warehouse activities (receiving, storing, picking, packing).
- Assign workloads and monitor staff performance.
- Process customer orders and generate invoices using software.
- Provide excellent customer service on-site and via email.
- Ensure compliance with WHS and safety standards.
- Coordinate delivery routes and schedules when required.
- Conduct regular stock checks and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Assist with training new warehouse staff.
- Communicate closely with the Branch Manager and head office.
- Assist with deliveries when required.
Qualifications:
- Forklift license preferred but not essential.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations and team supervision.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Basic PC literacy (order/inventory software, email, etc.).
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems and safety regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple
- priorities.
Working Conditions:

- Physical work including lifting, moving stock, and operating machinery.
