You’ll have:

  Small wardrobe plus space in additional hall cupboard, as well as access to garage cage storage

  Pool and spa in complex

Room is furnished with 2 year old mattress (always used with a mattress protector), set of drawers, bedside table and lamp. Quality sheets, towels and blankets can be supplied if desired.

This is a calm, clean, low-key home – not a party house

My name is Amanda. I’m 44 female working professional. I work long hours, leave home early and get home at dinner time, Monday to Friday. So you will have the place to yourself through the week.

I value a peaceful home to unwind after long shifts. I pretty much get home, prepare my dinner and food for the next day, and then go to bed! On the weekend I’m usually pottering at home, at the beach, walking or visiting family and friends – so the apartment needs to be a quiet space on my days off.

I own a very cute, 13 year old Siamese cat so no pets allowed and you must be comfortable interacting with my talkative cat.

 Location – 100 steps to the beach🏝️ 

 Easy walk to pacific fair, and tram stop

Bus stops are a short walk for north and south routes

 15 mins drive to Bond University

 30 mins drive to Griffith university
