Room for rent in 4 bedroom house in East Ballina. We are looking for an individual to rent one of our rooms for 2 weeks to a month. Dates are flexible, please enquire with the dates required.

$350AUD per week + $350 bond

About the area: The home is located in East Ballina. In walking and bicycling distance to swimming and surf beaches. 20 minute walk into Ballina town. 30 minute drive to Byron Bay, 10 minute drive to Lennox Head, 30 minute drive to Lismore (university and hospital). Lots of bike paths.

About the house: We are offering 1 bedroom in our 4 bedroom house. The living area and kitchen would be shared space. There are 2 shared bathrooms. There is a small pool and grassy yard area.

About us: We are a family of 3, 42 year old male, 39 year old female and 8 month old baby. We are respectful, healthy, clean people looking to share our space with someone who shares the same values. We enjoy surfing, yoga, walking and hiking, and being active in general. We are living a mellow life as we have a young baby.
