Working at Uncle Don is an exclusive believe deeply in providing fantastic and memorable dining experiences.

We’re on the lookout for skilled and passionate Full-time Korean Dessert & Pastry Chefs to join our kitchen team and help us create memorable dining moments.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
• Experience with plated desserts and the Korean dessert/pastry section
• A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery/Patisserie (highly regarded but not essential)
• A passion for creativity, attention to detail, and delivering quality
• An abiltiy and passion to make creative dessert, pastry dish
