What’s included
Rent is $250 per week plus bills or $275 included bills
Furnished bedroom with shared bathroom
One person only (female)
Great location: 5 min to the bus stop and 10 min to the train station
Available from June (flexible date)
A 2‑week bond is required.
No pets and no smoking allowed.
