The house is quiet, peaceful, and has a great atmosphere with no steps or upstairs noise.

– Fridge: You will share a brand-new fridge with only ONE other person (plenty of space).

– Bathroom: Shared with only ONE other person, so no busy morning rush.

– Atmosphere: Very relaxed and friendly. No strict or annoying rules, just mutual respect.

– Single Room: $320 / week (Female preferred as the other flatmate sharing the bathroom is female)

– Couple / Double: $440 / week

– Conditions: 2 weeks bond / 2 weeks notice / 4 weeks minimum stay
