What You’ll Be Doing

Lead and support front-of-house staff to deliver great service
Manage reservations, seating, and day-to-day floor operations
Train and motivate team members in a positive work environment
Monitor inventory and place supply orders as needed

What We’re Looking For

1+ year experience in a supervisory or management role in a fast-paced restaurant
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proven customer service excellence
Adaptable and calm under pressure
Passion for hospitality and Korean cuisine
Problem-solving mindset and team player
