A small studio apartment in Mermaid Waters

Hello everyone.
I’m renting out a small studio apartment suitable for one person, preferably a woman in her 30s or 40s.
Utilities, water, and internet are all included in the rent.
It’s fully furnished with everything from teaspoons to a TV.
The property is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, close to public transport, the beach, and restaurants.
Street parking is available.
The surrounding area is a quiet residential neighborhood with many families and retirees.
There are no pets on the property.

The move-in period may be until August. However, if it is convenient for both parties, a longer stay is possible.

The landlord does not speak Japanese, so some English proficiency is desirable.
I am a member of the landlord’s family and can speak enough Japanese to communicate without difficulty.
