Hi i`m an Australian looking for room or place to stay.
I renovate property then sell it, and I just sold my unit and so I need somewhere to live. I only like living with clean, tidy, quiet, respectful people and so I prefer living with Japanese people (any age, gender, disability, LGBTI+ etc no matter)
I need the room or property to be:
* In inner city suburbs of Cairns (Cairns North, Bungalow, etc)
* Quiet, tidy, clean
* Somewhere to dry clothes on hanger I (i don`t use dryer)
* I can move in anytime.
* Flexible about how long to stay.
* I can pay up to $300 for a room or $400 for unit
My soccer team is mostly Japanese and I have many Japanese friends.
